Cygnet was established in October 2006 in Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala , India. Cygnet specializes in manufacturing "Rat Vanisher," a patent pending solution to drive away rats without killing them.

The product was launched after ten years of research. Post launch in October 2006, the product has proved successful in driving rats from thousands of residences, offices, commercial complexes, industrial and agricultural lands.

FOUNDER & PROMOTER - SHAJI V.K

Shaji V.K, the founder and promoter of Rat Vanisher (Cygnet), has a passion for research and development. He served in the Indian Army for 8 years before switchng to business. He has over 35 years of experience as an Industrialist.

**** Built India's first and only Aluminium house (except for the foundation) in 1995, in the factory premises, near Technopark at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.

**** Started first Aluminium Anodising unit in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala during early 1980's.

**** Started first Electro-colouring plant in Thiruvananthapuram, with shades that were unique even in South India,during late 1980's.

**** Launched Aluminium Bending Extrusion (Arch, Mughal, round shapes etc) in 2000.

*** Currently, researching and developing herbal product for Mosquito and for others pests.
